Sit Down_Formal Plated Dining
If you would like everyone to have their own individual plated meal, then this is the way to go. Each of your guests will get to choose from two options for each course which you will select yourself. This style of dining comes with service to present and to clear your courses.

Group Sharing
If you are looking for a more informal setting, group sharing is always a great option. This means that instead of being confined to choosing just one meal per person, you and your guests will have the option of trying a variety of different foods. This can be done in a “Buffet Style” or in a “Sharing/Family Style” whichever works best for you and your guests. You can find a selection of meals to choose from, on our “menu” page.
